• The app name and version (shown at the bottom of the app's settings)
• Your device model and Android version
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Google Play, so refunds go through Google rather than us. You can request one from Google Play within the standard refund window. If a purchase did not unlock correctly, email us first — that is a bug and we would rather fix it.
